# TERMS OF SERVICE & RULES OF PARTICIPATION

### 1. BINDING AGREEMENT

By purchasing any item or utilizing the free entry method provided by OrthoFeet.org, you (the "User" or "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable local, state, and federal laws, and the official rules of the drawing(s) to which you have entered.

### 2. NATURE OF TRANSACTION

2.1 No Sale of Goods: The Participant acknowledges that the purchase of any item listed on the OrthoFeet.org store does not constitute the purchase of the physical product displayed. Instead, the purchase price provides the Participant with one (1) entry into a drawing for the chance to win that item.

2.2 No Guarantee of Prize: The Participant understands and agrees that purchase of an entry does not guarantee the receipt of any prize.

2.3 Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): As required by U.S. law to maintain the legal status of a sweepstakes and avoid classification as an illegal lottery, no purchase is necessary to enter. To obtain one (1) free entry, the Participant must send a hand-written, stamped envelope containing their full name, address, and phone number to the corporate office, or send a detailed email to support@orthofeet.org with the subject line "Free Entry."

### 3. SUBSCRIPTION & TRIAL PERIOD

3.1 Trial Enrollment: Upon purchase of an entry, the Participant is enrolled in a three (3) day free trial membership.

3.2 Automatic Conversion: Unless canceled prior to the expiration of the 3-day trial period, all trials will automatically convert to a active paid membership at a rate of $49.99 per billing cycle.

3.3 Recurring Charges: The Participant authorizes OrthoFeet.org to charge the provided payment method the recurring fee automatically via a credit card or digital wallet processing system.

3.4 Cancellation: To avoid charges, the Participant must cancel the membership via the account dashboard or by contacting support@orthofeet.org before the 72nd hour following enrollment.

### 4. REFUNDS, DISPUTES, AND CHARGEBACKS

4.1 Finality of Entries: Because the purchase represents a generated entry into a drawing, all entry purchases are final and non-refundable.

4.2 Chargeback Acknowledgment: The Participant agrees that by ordering an entry and accepting the free trial, they waive the right to dispute the validity of the charge provided that:

(a) The entry was successfully generated;

(b) The Participant was notified of the $49.99 recurring fee prior to checkout;

(c) No technical error inhibited the use of the services.

4.3 Dispute Resolution: Before initiating a chargeback with a financial institution, the Participant agrees to contact support@orthofeet.org to seek a resolution with the merchant first.

### 5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
